Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty.

How do I care for my hair accessories?
To keep your handcrafted hair accessories looking their best, we recommend gently wiping them with a soft cloth. Avoid exposing them to water, perfumes, or hairspray, as this may damage certain materials.
Do you offer gift wrapping and gift note?
